This is a class series about the sacred topic of our sexuality and sensuality as women. We begin with a chronological telling of our sexual history witnessed by all with non judgement and curiosity. This is inclusive of but not limited to the many sensitive experiences we have as women which are generally never spoken of, let alone processed fully; molest, rape, relationships where some type of emotional or physical abuse was involved, affairs, first loves, difficult divorces, dating debacles, pregnancy and delivery stories, sexual fantasies and outrageous sexual experiences! Stage two is getting up to date with all of the above and getting support to complete any residual piece of the above which may be blocking or limiting our sexual expression today. This would include sometimes radical forgiveness of self or others, releasing anger, hurt, grief and or self judgement with the result of truly owning and embracing all of our sexual energies and desires . Stage three is education on couple exercises and individual exercises to enhance creativity, adventure and communication in the sexual/ sensual arena. Included in this is tantra, clear information on the differences between sex, love and intimacy and extensive sharing how we can each create the erotic in our lives. Finally we bring in goddess archetypes and choose those with which we identify and find some new archetypes to bring in to balance and add dimension to our sexual lives. At the end of the class series there is a option to choose a Saturday or Sunday to do an extended healing session where we synchronize all of our learnings to date and celebrate our goddess nature with process circles, ritual, passion dance and sharing of food.
