Breathwork The Artist's Way Goddess/Sensuality Seminar Women in Transition Groups Date: Ongoing Transitions include divorce, career shifts, loss, recovery from addictions, pregnancy, parenthood and spiritual search. Major life transitions are always stressful but with skillful negotiation can be a deeply satisfying and even transformational experiences. Individual, as well as group work are both available for these issues. Men, Women, Heart, Spirit and Sexuality Class Date: TBA Dynamic classes which integrate the spiritual, psychological, intuitive and energetic. These classes offer group support to attain personal and professional goals. They provide an excellent arena to develop intimacy skills and explore the many aspects of our sexuality. Active meditation and other tools are taught as forms of stress and addiction management. Expect results! Offered once per year. Womens and Co-Ed Retreats Date: TBA Annually there is an opportunity for a group of 20-26 women to retreat to a private and sacred setting to do deep healing work around a specific theme. Past workshops have included Aphrodite Unveiled, Breathwork/Yoga weekends, Passiondance extravaganzas and numerous educational and spiritual topics. Jenny has also done intimacy/communication workshops on the lovely island of Maui. These events are safe, fun and will change your life!
